Senior R D Research Scientist An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior R D Research Scientist at a chemical manufacturing company based in Oxfordshire. As the Senior R D Research Scientist you will be responsible for supporting new R D projects of various polymeric materials. You will also be responsible for conducting synthesis on materials and formulating new products. To be considered for this Senior R D Research Scientist position you will be degree educated in Chemistry or a relevant field. You will also have several years industrial experience in the chemistry or materials sectors. Key Responsibilities: Lab based and research studies to support the R D within the business. Management of your own projects. New product R D. Conduct synthesis and formulations on materials. Utilise analytical techniques. Experience/Background: Degree or equivalent in Chemistry or relevant field. Several years #39; industrial experience in the materials/chemistry sectors. Prior experience formulating and synthesising materials. Practical experience in material science is preferred.
