About the Role Commis Chef at Brigg Stow, Bristol Airport Pay Rate: GBP12.80 + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra GBP1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to GBP14 per hour. Shift pattern: scheduled between 2 am and midnight Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. Due to some responsibilities within the Commis Chef role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol. Preparing meats and vegetables. Assisting fellow chefs. Assisting in stock rotation. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
