(HNC, HND) I am currently looking for a sharp, motivated, strong and technically proficient Estimator to join my client in the Cambridgeshire area. They have a number of exciting projects going on and are really looking to build their team. If you are an Estimator with commercial, fit-out and refurbishment experience and really invest in their staff and always look to push people into higher positions, staff retention is fantastic! Someone with fantastic core values such as Integrity, have pride passion as well as delivering quality. New methods of working which drives efficient behaviours and continuous improvement. Experience / Skills: bull; Analysis of tender documents/contract terms bull; and conditions bull; BIM-enabled design bull; Costing/developing whole life cycle costs bull; Developing sub-contract terms and conditions bull; Developing a value proposition (cost, durability, low carbon, aesthetic) bull; Developing tenders bull; Obtaining prices and dealing with variations bull; Planning bull; Producing product/service specifications bull; Reading technical drawings bull; Risk assessment bull; Accuracy bull; Attention to detail bull; Business case for offsite bull; Commercial awareness bull; Effective and on-going bull; communication bull; Problem-solving bull; Team-working bull; Working to tight deadlines This is a brilliant opportunity.
