Staircase surveyor

An established manufacturer based in Essex that supply made to measure staircases to an established trade customer base are seeking Surveyors to join their busy team. The job entails visiting residential refurbishment sites throughout London and the Southeast of England, taking detailed measurements and designing staircases to suit a customer rsquo;s requirements on site. Typically you will visit 4-5 sites a day with 30 minute allocated slots. Working days are Monday to Friday, hours flexible. Salary is from GBP30,000 for someone with some carpentry/woodwork experience through to GBP50,000 for someone with specific staircase measuring skills. 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. A company vehicle is provided for the role along with the relevant measuring kit needed. There will be a period of training alongside one of the company rsquo;s Surveyors and you will also be expected to travel into the factory at the start. Thereafter it will be all field based and a full driver rsquo;s license will be required.
