Position: Full-Time Primary School Teaching Assistant Location: Walsall Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you #39;ll play a vital role in supporting the academic and social development of our students across all year groups within the primary setting. You #39;ll work closely with teachers to create engaging learning experiences and provide individualized support to students as they navigate their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with teachers to deliver effective classroom support and assist in lesson planning. * Provide one-on-one and small group support to students to enhance their learning experience. * Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported. * Assist with the implementation of educational strategies, including phonics instruction, to promote literacy development. * Support students with special educational needs and help them achieve their full potential. Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential. * Confidence and flexibility to work across all year groups within the primary setting. * Passion for education and a genuine desire to inspire and empower young minds. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents. * Knowledge of phonics is admired, but training and support will be provided for the right candidate
