Job Title: German Speaking Account Manager Location: Bromsgrove Contract: Permanent Our client, who is a rapidly expanding international company specializing in providing top-quality products, are seeking a dedicated Multi-lingual EU Field Sales Representative to join their team. The candidate should be Proficient in the German Language both spoken and written. Day to Day Responsibilities bull; The candidate should be Proficient in the German Language both spoken and written. bull; Ensure all customers are receiving the high level of service that the client prides itself on through the third-party companies. bull; Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone and e-mail. bull; Have an Excellent Telephone Manner and very good Organisational Skills. bull; Process telephone, e-mail, internet and of both trade and retail customers. bull; Business development within the region. bull; Respond to and follow up Order tracking enquiries by telephone and e-mail. Qualify leads and referrals. bull; Cold Calling bull; Support the Sales technicians with tracking enquiries in an efficient and organised manner. bull; Liaising between internal Departments bull; Will be Required to Travel As a person you will need the following qualities experience: bull; Driven and enthusiastic with excellent organisational skills, able to solve problems on a customer service level. bull; Excellent communicator, professional and approachable, keen to please and happy to get stuck in bull; IT literate, with good understanding of outlook and web browsers, a basic understanding of Sage would be beneficial. bull; Able to work as a team in a busy office environment. bull; Previous experience in Sales Customer service preferred. bull; Driving licence is required #INDTCADM23
