Building services engineer mobile

Job Role: Building Services Engineer (Mobile) Area: Southeast London Salary: GBP35k - GBP40K My client is looking for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to join the team based in South East London. Maintaining and servicing across their clients rsquo; sites. The ideal candidate will be: Proven experience as a Building Services Engineer, with a strong background in maintenance and servicing. Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site. Knowledge of AC units, FCU rsquo;s and AHU rsquo;s, Ability to work independently and efficiently across multiple sites. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Updating the contract managers with relevant client or site information Skills required: Preferable, mechanical, basic electrical, basic plumbing Relevant qualifications and certifications in air conditioning and refrigeration.
