Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant: Bank Reconciliations daily, Credit control. Communication with the sales teams with regarding to client costs and invoices Sending supplier statements Updating customer details Dealing with internal/external queries. Posting all overhead invoices to the correct nominals Filing invoices away Reconciling supplier statement Preparing the payment run to suppliers monthly Monthly nominal journals As our Accounts Assistant you would be able to demonstrate: Previous experience of working in an Accounts department Strong Excel/data inputting skills A good understanding of general accounting functions, for example invoices, credit notes, payments advice Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal At Ballyvesey Holdings your right to privacy is important to us.
