Senior quantity surveyor

My client are a specialist renewable energy contractor providing expertise in renewable energy, insulation, and heating systems. They deliver energy-saving solutions for clients across a high number of funded schemes and private contracts. Services include air source heat pumps, solar, EWI, cavity wall insulation, and boiler upgrades. They are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on local authority projects across the Merseyside and surrounding areas. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you #39;ll be responsible for: Taking a proactive approach in managing projects and tenders, overseeing their progress, and ensuring adherence to financial and contractual requirements. Providing commercial assistance, surveying knowledge, and contractual expertise to the company, contributing to the growth and development of the commercial department. Maintaining a vigilant overseeing role in relation to the operations teams, ensuring efficient delivery performance both financially and contractually. Developing and nurturing subcontractor relationships, and overseeing the management of subcontract packages. Salary: On offer is an annual salary of GBP60,000 plus benefits package.
