System administrator

We are currently hiring Scheduling/System Administrators to support our Security Operations Centre. Salary: GBP12.50 PER HR Contract is for 3 months- possibly longer. Shifts will be 3 days, 3 nights, 3 off ndash; 12 hrs 7-7. Job Purpose: Your role as Scheduler/System Administrator will be to be manage the system data, support the customer facing units, ensuring that trained officers are deployed as well as manage the shortfalls and understaffing. You will also support the vetting admin team with the vetting of new and current staff, as directed. Your key responsibilities as Scheduler/System Administrator: bull;Responsible for the data, configuration, and reliable operation of the WFM systems bull;Ensuring 90% of all shifts are pre-planned and rostered bull;Troubleshoot scheduling and pay errors and resolving at level 1 bull;Documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues bull;Perform regular checks on the schedules and operations and implement appropriate changes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures bull;Lead scheduling and officer support efforts, making sure all officers data (as far as WFM) is correct and the schedules suffer no or limited disruptions bull;Responsible for capacity, scheduling planning, and database accuracy bull;Ensuring all ad-hoc needs are met Person Specification: Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have strong system admin and security scheduling knowledge. Previous experience of implementing rosters is an advantage Job Type: Full-time
