Commercial training manager

We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Training Manager to join the training department of our client with a commitment to upskilling the next generation and delivering social values. * Attractive salary plus an EV Company Car * Full-time, permanent contract * Opportunity to contribute to the company #39;s five-year strategy The Role: As the Commercial Training Manager, your responsibilities would include: * Delivering a range of Construction and Roofing NVQs (Level 2 to Level 7). * Working closely with the Head of Operations to deliver a range of commercial training qualifications for the Construction and Roofing industry. * Planning and mapping NVQ delivery to ensure core mandatory and optional modules are integrated. * Assisting in the management of associate assessors at a national level. * Marketing the suite of qualifications to contractors and installers nationally. * Ensuring candidates #39; portfolios and evidence of teaching, learning, and assessment are demonstrable and fit for quality assurance procedures. * Keeping abreast of technical innovation and industry focus to continuously improve the company #39;s services. The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Commercial Training Manager role should have: * Level 3 Award in Education (AET) and or Assessor Course (A1) * Extensive experience of designing and delivering training programmes (on-site assessment)VTCT Level 3 Certificate on Assessing Vocational Achievement (QCF) * Proven experience in delivering Training Programmes in Construction. * Experience of working in construction. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages * Understanding of NFRC, CITB developments and new guidelines The Package: The Commercial Training Manager role comes with an excellent benefits package, including an attractive salary, an EV Company Car, 25 days of holiday per annum (plus statutory days), pension, life assurance, incapacity benefit, private medical insurance, and more.
