As a Building Surveyor at this consultancy, you will be involved in both project and professional services. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services that include dilapidations, contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, and party wall matters. The successful Building Surveyor will have? BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree. MRICS ideally or striving towards APC completion. Hybrid experience across both professional and project services. Proactive and problem solving approach to work. Work well within a small team setting.In Return?
