The Graduate Building Surveyor #39;s role This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone carrying out a conversion, to embark on the next stages of your progression with a vibrant Graduate scene. As the chosen Graduate Building Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of surveying tasks. You #39;ll be actively involved in carrying out works such as reinstatement cost assessments (RCA), contract administration, dilapidations, and various survey types. The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will have? A degree in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree. Dedicated to APC progression either with diary or not. A good communicator, with report writing ability. Works well under instruction and is a keen learner.In return?
