What you #39;ll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant? middot; Regularly meet clients to build relationships and an understanding of their business and needs. middot; Match client vacancies, ensuring a perfect match for both client and candidate. middot; Ensure service excellence is provided to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. middot; Carry out sales activities including cold and warm calling, attending client meetings, and networking events. middot; Manage and develop a busy temporary and permanent multi-sector client base across the North West and wider UK. middot; Develop strong client relationships and win new business. middot; Interview candidates and help them find their ideal job. middot; Achieve agreed weekly/monthly KPIs to keep you on track. middot; Work with the assistance of our in-house systems including the latest video technology.
