Interim hr advisor

A generalist HR advisor role supporting c200 employees, working closely with a HR Business Partner. This opportunity will work closely with the business to provide advice on a broad range of ER issues, advise on policy, and link in with the wider HR team. Client Details A leading global medical manufacturer. Description The interim HR Advisor will be responsible for: Providing front line advice and support to managers and c200 employees. Advising on a broad range of ER issues. Working closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure a commercial and comprehensive HR service is provided to the allotted business area. Working with the wider HR team including Recruitment, Talent, L D, Reward etc. Supporting on a range of disciplinary and grievance casework. Providing HR MI with analysis and commentary. HR administration.Profile The interim HR Advisor will need to have proven experience at advisory level, including: Experience of working in a commercial, fast paced environment providing a broad range of ER advice. Strong employment law knowledge. Confident approach to managing ER casework. Strong administration skills. Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified. Available to start a new role immediately on short notice.
