Senior Architect Position Remuneration Competitive salary GBP48,000 - GBP55,000 DOE (potentially more for a Senior candidate) Flexible / Hybrid working Annual leave that accrues with service Life assurance Study sponsorship with paid study leave, sabbaticals, employee assistance programme Cycle to work scheme Progression opportunities Virtual GP service Subscription fees, paid for Other company benefits to be disucssed at interview stage Senior Architect Position Overview Delivery of architectural projects through all work / RIBA stages Work on an exciting range of conservation / historic buildings Occasional site visits Submission of planning / building regs Coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals Lead a design team as well as team meetings Senior Architect Position Requirements ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect with 5 + years #39; experience within the UK Excellent design and drawing skills Experience or enthusiasm working with historic buildings Proven experience working on all RIBA stages Qualifications within Heritage / Conservation would be an advantage Have ability to manage day-to-day project running independently Have the ability to work successfully within a team Personable, confident and with a strong sense of team spirit Competent in technical detailing Proficient using AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit and NBS (Chorus) would also be desirable Bennett Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
