Billing officer

A successful Medical Billing company are currently seeking 2 Billing Officers to join the team. These are initially temporary roles with the possibility of going permanent. This would be a great opportunity if you are looking to gain some further experience in the sector of medical billing/healthcare finance. Role Overview * Full time (37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9-5). * Hybrid Working Model ndash; working from Office (London- SE1) and home , dependent on business needs. * Submitting Invoices via online portal, tracking and following up on any overdue payments. * Interacting with customers via phone and email to provide answers and direct them to the appropriate service. Requirements * Some experience or skills gained in a similar environment (billing , invoicing, customer service) is highly beneficial. * Knowledge of the medical or healthcare sector would be advantageous. * Strong communication skills and an excellent attention to detail are essential. * Must be immediately available and based a commutable distance from the office in London (SE1) In return This will be an excellent opportunity to gain experience of working within the medical billing sector, with potential opportunities to go permanent and progress with the business.
