Position: HOME MANAGER ndash; MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ndash; RMN/RGN Location: FALLOWFIELD, MANCHESTER Salary: cGBP50K PER ANNUM ndash; NEGOTIABLE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE Hours: FULL TIME Coben Healthcare are proud to be partnering with an exclusive specialist Mental Health Services client near Fallowfield, Manchester, who are experiencing exceptional growth due to their outstanding reputation. For this reason, a marvellous opportunity has arisen for an RMN or RGN qualified Registered Home Manager to run and oversee a 6 bedded Mental Health Nursing Home in Manchester with ldquo;Good rdquo; CQC Ratings in all areas. They provide individually tailored, person centred care to adults. Their client group includes service users who exhibit very complex physical, emotional challenging behaviours and acute and forensic mental health. Job Requirements: middot; Manage and oversee the daily operations of the home middot; Responsible for leading a team of clinical care staff middot; Ensure the service is safely and well run middot; Adherence to company and CQC guidelines and policies middot; Appraisal and supervision of staff ensuring all company policies are adhered to middot; Ability to assess evaluate service user needs middot; Keeping accurate administrative records Skills / Qualifications: * RMN or RGN Qualified * NVQ Level 5 in Leadership Management in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) * Proven track record in the management delivery of high-quality mental health care * Extensive Mental Health Sector experience - Acute Forensic * Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards * Dedicated and inspiring, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop staff This role will suit a confident, assertive character with a personable approach.
