A very well establish Accountancy Practice based in Fishponds are looking for a Practice Administrator to support their small team of accountants Salary GBP25,000-GBP28,000 per annum (depending on experience) Location: Fishponds Contract: Permanent, Full time, flexible hours Accountancy Practice Administrator Duties Include: To oversee the smooth running of the practice / prioritise work schedules for colleagues and adhere to strict deadlines General practice administrative responsibilities Credit control Stock control Bookkeeping Payroll Tax Administration Reception duties The ideal person: Administration experience within a practice (legal or accountancy) Proficiency in IT financial software such as Excel, Xero, Sage and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Please click apply and submit your most up-to-date CV to be considered
