SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR Basic: GBP30,000pa Experience in the Automotive industry is essential, Service / Warranty Administrator Basic Salary: GBP30,000pa Working Hours: Monday-Friday - 08:00-17:30 (One Saturday Morning end of month to 12 midday) Location: Brighouse An experienced administrator is wanted on a full time basis, with prior automotive/road transport experience being essential. Responsibilities of a Service / Warranty Administrator middot;Assist the Aftersales Manager middot;Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims middot;Applying the policy and procedures correctly to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction middot;Monitor warranty reports middot;Achieve industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control middot;Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines are put into place. This is a busy role and involves a lot of liaison with manufacturers, therefore strong communication skills and ability to build a strong rapport with people is crucial.
