The Role You will enjoy a varied workload including the opportunity to act as Contract Administrator, preparation of specifications and schedules of work, site inspections, quality management, attending site meetings, cost control, design co-ordination, CDM Consultant/Principal Designer duties, Party Wall Act surveys and property surveys. Ideal Candidate: RICS or CIOB accredited construction degree MRICS/MCIOB qualified desirable but not essential 3 years post qualification experience, ideally in both new build refurbishment projects Proven site experience Confident communicator experienced in client facing roles Managing the client relationship and service delivery on a project by project basis. Willingness to travel across the UK to meetings and sites Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook A lsquo;self-starter rsquo; able to be trusted to work with a high degree of autonomy self-motivation.
