Key Responsibilities: Conducting regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Performing a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently. Assisting with the installation and repair of fixtures and equipment. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting any issues to the appropriate authorities. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
