Area sales manager

Role: Area Sales Manager ndash; Protective Industrial Coatings Location: Home Based ndash; South-West Coverage Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 Basic, uncapped bonus, pension, healthcare + CAR Area Sales Manager ndash; Protective Industrial Coatings: My client is a leading global manufacturer of protective, industrial, marine, structural steel and oil/gas coatings. To accelerate their growth, they are looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to cover the South-West. The role is to manage the existing customer base across the region and generate new business. The role reports into a UK Sales Manager. Area Sales Manager ndash; Protective Industrial Coatings: * It is preferred that the candidate has successfully sold Protective Industrial Coatings. Ideally this will be with another manufacturer, but they would look at a candidate from a Distributor or Contractor if you have strong product knowledge. * Candidates from a different type of Coatings would still be encouraged to apply. * Essential you have strong relationship building skills and a track record of growing an account base. * New business development experience is required. * You must be based in the South-West and be prepared to cover this territory.
