Requirements of a Outbound Relationship Manager: * Previous experience in outbound sales or account management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with brokers effectively. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach. * Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals. * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Knowledge of bridging finance and property development is desirable but not essential.
