The Role The purpose of the role is to build a successful client base, providing insurance quotations and solutions for problems they may face; you rsquo;ll be calculating accurate premiums along with presenting comprehensive product information. You #39;ll be responsible for ensuring that every client interaction is characterised by efficiency, driving cost reductions throughout the company. Moreover, you #39;ll serve as a referral point within the branch, ensuring that all queries and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally. Upholding compliance and legal standards will be paramount, as you navigate the complexities of insurance principles and contracts with precision and expertise. The Ideal Candidate As an ideal candidate for this role, you rsquo;ll have an outgoing personality, with the ability to communicate efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders. You rsquo;ll possess a thorough understanding of the UK insurance market, including its trends, risks, and regulatory requirements. Whilst also having a commercial mind, good judgement and self-motivation. Additionally, an ideal candidate can demonstrate the ability to digest diverse client needs and industry-specific risks while managing time effectively and working well under pressure to meet deadlines.
