CPCS Traffic Marshall (Chipping Warden, Northamptonshire) ndash; Fulltime A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years Long term work available for the right candidates with the correct cards and tickets and want a stable job and income for the foreseeable future. PAYE basis On Offer: * Rate of GBP14.95 per hour - first 39 hours * Rate of GBP22.43 per hour - final 11 hours * Rate of GBP16.60 per hour - average across 50 hours * Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays) * Lodge or Mileage paid depending on distance (Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address, Tenancy Agreement) * Pension * Training and upskilling paid for * Safe working environment * Free PPE * Secure regular income Overtime When Available: * Saturday ndash; First 4 hours rsquo; time a half ndash; after 4 hours double time * Sunday ndash; Double time Candidates must have: * Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Traffic Marshall. * Experience in directing vehicles and plant of various types using various methods i.e., hand and radio signals * A reasonable level of work experience recorded * Good understanding of the English language * CPCS Red/Blue Plant and Vehicle Marshall Ticket Preferred * CPCS Blue Plant and Vehicle Marshall * Manual handling * Driving license * Safety critical medical So, if you want to work for a main contractor that cares about their tradesmen, then this is your opportunity to apply and join the project now!
