JOB REF: 5602 JOB TITLE: Insolvency Solicitor EXPERIENCE: 4 : 6 years PQE LOCATION: Greater Manchester SALARY: On application -The appointed solicitor will serve as a representative for clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, consistently advocating for their interests. -You will advise clients on restructuring strategies and insolvency proceedings, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. -The successful candidate must possess the ability to manage contentious cases and/or transactions concerning restructuring and insolvency.
