Maintenance engineer

This full:time Maintenance Engineer role offers an attractive salary and benefits package. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work within the mechanical team to maintain all plant machinery, including proactive planned maintenance and breakdown repair. You will receive instructions from the Shift Supervisors and Maintenance Supervisors to undertake projects and maintenance work in conjunction with other mechanical technicians and engineering personnel. General duties you will carry out as Maintenance Engineer: * Review repairs from the planned CMMS records to carry out breakdown and planned maintenance tasks * Read and understand drawings, designs and system schematics to assess equipment, systems performance and evaluate the cause of any malfunctions * Assist in ongoing process control and quality improvement developments including product trial management and evaluation * Respond to site emergencies to recover and restore production in a timely manner. for this Maintenance Engineer role, your skills, expertise and experience should include: * A mechanical time:served apprenticeship or level 3 qualification C and G or NVQ equivalent * Experience working with hydraulic systems * Electrical fault finding advantageous * Previous or current roles as Mechanical fitter, Service Engineer, Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Maintenance If youre looking to impact and create change positively, youll be rewarded with an excellent salary and benefits package for your inclusive and committed approach. * A GBP 40 : 44,000/annum depending on experience * Annual Bonus * Pension matched up to 7 * 4 x Annual Salary Life Assurance * Health Cash Plan Please reach out to our team today for this full:time Maintenance Engineer position in Bridgnorth.
