They are now eager to hire a maintenance team leader to join their growing business. Duties of a Maintenance Team Leader You rsquo;ll be tasked with the daily running of the shift. Here you rsquo;ll lead a skilled team of 3 engineers with the general maintenance of a busy production facility. This position is perfect an experienced engineer looking to progress or an experienced team leader looking to work for a market leader whilst remaining hands on. Duties will include: Managing a skilled team of 2/3 engineers. Reactive and proactive maintenance. Shift handovers and reports. General upkeep of the scheduled maintenance system (CMMS). Managing contractors. Ensuring health and safety standards are kept. The business has a great induction process and will work with you to settle into the role. A successful maintenance team leader: For this role, the right candidate will need to: Hold a Level 3 Engineering qualification.
