HR Officer (Standalone Role) ndash; Site Based ndash; Food Manufacturing ndash; Lincolnshire - GBP28,000 - GBP36,000 Are you passionate about people and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? You might be the HR professional we are looking for to join a Food Manufacturing site that rsquo;s growing by the second! The Company Join a Multi-Site Food Manufacturing business dedicated to delivering quality products to tables across the nation. This role will be looking after their Lincolnshire site with circa 170 staff, working closely with the Central HR team based in Derby. The Role: As a stand-alone HR Officer, you #39;ll be the backbone of the HR department, responsible for a wide range of tasks crucial to maintaining an exceptional workplace environment. Your day-to-day activities will include: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance. The Person: We #39;re looking for a dynamic individual with: Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry. Someone that is comfortable in dealing with a range of complex Employee Relations cases within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels of the organization. CIPD Qualified (or working towards) Level 3 to 5.
