Business Development Manager - Work from Home An exciting opportunity has arisen with our construction services client as a Business Development Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing market- leading organisation. Within this role you will be managing a number of key accounts for the business targeting Central London surrounding areas, with an aim to develop long term relationships with customers. You will need to develop new business opportunities and drive sales through market research, networking events and client meetings before reporting back with clear monthly management reports. Creating new business opportunities, setting up meetings and developing relationships with new clients Assessing possible framework opportunities Attending relevant networking events Planning and preparing presentations/CPD #39;s and client seminars to communicate new service lines Collaborate with internal sales executives to find potential target clients and inform the sales teams of new Key accounts, managing an effective handover Keep abreast of industry developments to identify possible opportunities Providing management with feedback, report trends and provide timely call reports. Line manage a telesales advisor to ensure your pipeline is fedWhat you will need hellip; Great communication skills, both written and verbal as well as able to write reports Strong IT skills particularly around the Microsoft suite and data analysis A proven track record of bringing in new business An understanding of the construction buying process is preferred.
