HR Assistant / Associate Permanent position GBP28,000 to GBP30k+ Based in the Sutton Coldfield area Days Monday to Friday First point of call to employees and managers for all HR Related queries Duties of a HR Assistant / Associate Assisting with implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures, including communicating these to department managers to be rolled out to the whole company Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records and files, such as personnel files , ensuring employee documents are always valid and in date. Effectively provide general administration tasks on HR software to assist to a smooth running department. Providing support to staff on all Human Resource issues as required and encouraging staff well being in all departments to the satisfaction of all employees.Experience of a HR Assistant / Associate Previous HR experience.
