Senior quantity surveyor

Long term freelance opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in North London paying competitive day rate Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a UK based tier 2 house builder in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Team. This is an opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, based on site and at home. The role will be assisting on a 2 new build residential projects on a 12 month contract or temp to perm. Our client is a UK wide main company that take pride in the projects they deliver and have regenerated various projects across the UK. They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working providing support with a Main Contractor, or Developer working on schemes from GBP20M. You will also need to have coins experience.
