The successful candidate must- - be an excellent classroom practitioner, in terms of planning, challenging gifted pupils, supporting special needs and creatively organising the learning environment; - have high expectations and a commitment to raising standards and achievements; - have recent teaching experience in key stages 2; - have a secure knowledge and understanding of the primary framework and pedagogy; - be passionate about the development of the whole child.
