Sales engineer

Our Client, design, develops and manufactures equipment for the Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Telecommunications and Aerospace markets. They now require a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for identifying, developing, winning, and maintaining business with new and existing customers and organisations. Key Responsibilities: * Internally communicating and co-ordinating customer needs and aspirations. * Developing effective business relationships * Market research for product and strategy decisions * Performing activities to identify and position the Company, its future products and capability into a potentially winning position. * Obtaining, assessing and developing business relationships and opportunities. * Leading the preparation and submission of bids, quotes or proposals. * Maintaining an up to date, accurate and complete data base of opportunities. We anticipate that you will have: * Good general standard of Education (Math English) * Confidence, adaptability and ability to work under pressure to achieve objectives. You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team. The successful candidate will enjoy a salary of GBP28,000 to GBP35,000 (dependent upon experience) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
