Painter and decorator

Fusion People are actively recruiting for a Painter and Decorator to work on behalf of our Bristol based client who are tasked with the maintenance of a large emergency accommodation property portfolio. We are looking for an immediate/near Future start. Job description I am actively recruiting for a ongoing self employed Painter and Decorator who has other basic trade knowledge to assist our client with ongoing maintenance and void works on residential property #39;s around the Bristol area. About you: City and Guilds or time served in Painting and Decorating (Social housing experience preferred) A good standard of onsite Health Safety A team player who will be happy to work as a team. Someone who takes pride in their work to complete work to a high standard Reliability and tidiness is essential Good organisation and communication skills A #39;can-do #39; attitude. Able to listen and take instructions. Ability to get to site. Own tools, power and hand.About the role: Full-time Monday to Friday Salary: competitive negotiable based on experience, on the books/CIS and company van option A full driving licence is required We are looking for an immediate/near Future start. Ensuring sites are left tidy. Caring about your site/job. Carrying out any other duties as reasonably instructed by the Project Manager or Site Manager.
