Assistant Production Engineer Salary: GBP30,000 - 35,000 Profit share available after your first year, every 6 months. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Develop production recipes for our products. Maintain consistency and efficiency. Organize production schedules. Coordinate with machine operators. Manage tooling inventory and maintenance. Maintain accurate product samples. Proficiency in CAD software. Ability to read technical drawings. Complete necessary paperwork. Set up the production shop. Familiarity with CNC lathes and related tooling.] Experience Needed: Previous experience with CNC machines and shop floor work. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, engineering software, and Sage). Proficiency in AutoCAD. Proficiency in G-code and Alcor Wizard. Bachelor rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering or relatable experience to the role. Strong problem-solving skills.
