Requirements for role:- * At least 12 months experience of being a Deputy Manager / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential. * NVQ level 3 in Health Social Care is essential for this role Are you ready to take your career to the next level In return for your hard work, dedication and commitment, we will provide you with everything you need to move forward and take the next step to Care Manager and beyond.
