Group Marketing Manager Staffordshire Up to GBP60,000 Company Profile Manufacturing company looking to recruit a Group Marketing Manager due to significant growth over the last 2 years. This role will offer an incredible opportunity to be part of a dynamic privately owned business to deliver strong marketing leadership within several different business divisions. What will you do as Group Marketing Manager? * Developing the marketing strategy and plans for the individual Group businesses * Defining and managing all marketing spend across all Group businesses * Working closely with the Sales Directors to develop new growth opportunities * Providing guidance and support to the wider marketing team implementing the marketing plans * Driving greater levels of digital capability amongst the team * Providing detailed analysis of the ongoing impact and performance of the marketing function What do you need as Group Marketing Manager? * Experience of a senior marketing role within a manufacturing/engineering environment * CIM Diploma or equivalent and motivated by continuing professional development * Demonstrable experience of managing people and workflow * Ability to lead a team and willing to deliver tactical marketing plans * Experience of working closely with sales and commercial teams * Ideally worked in a business with multiple divisions and brands What rsquo;s on offer? * Early Finish Fridays * Up to 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Company bonus scheme * Free onsite parking * Access to the Employee Assistance Programme * Learning and development opportunities * Health Care * Christmas shutdown
