As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records related to our procurement activities. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact our success. Responsibilities: Process purchase invoices promptly and accurately. Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes. Reconcile supplier statements with ledger records. Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations. Familiarity with VAT in relation to the purchase ledger. Qualifications: Previous experience in a purchase ledger role. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in accounting software (Sage experience preferred). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
