The ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in either milling or turning and will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC millers or lathes to craft precision components in line with specifications. Key Responsibilities: * Program CNC machines directly at the terminals based on engineering drawings and specifications. * Set up CNC machines, ensuring optimal tooling, fixtures, and workpiece alignment. * Operate CNC machines to fabricate components within specified tolerances and quality standards. * Monitor machine operations, making necessary adjustments for peak performance. * Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep CNC machines running smoothly. * Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to streamline manufacturing processes and enhance efficiency. * Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Requirements: * Proven track record as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator within a manufacturing environment. * Familiarity with any control system is acceptable as full training will be provided. * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software is desirable but not mandatory. * Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and setup procedures. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately. * Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Excellent problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude. * Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset. * Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. * Willingness to accommodate rotating shifts if necessary.
