Office operations specialist

12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT. GBP19.47 PER HOUR PAYE, GBP25.47 UMBRELLA Hybrid working pattern, 3 days in the office. A full, clean driving licence is essential for this role. Working within a Business Support Department, an Office Operations Specialist is required to undertake an office transformation project, ensuring all IT and office equipment purchasing requests are essential items and fit for purpose, especially IT equipment, ensuring compatibility. Essential skills include knowledge of IT hardware and software, knowledge of DSE connectivity and health and safety at work stations and excellent customer service skills to effectively manage the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
