Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator GBP24,000 - GBP25,000 per annum Location: Leyland Day shift - 9.00 - 16.30 Swifts client is an industry leader and is dedicated to sustaining its growth and fostering customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic team and support our ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Logistics team to uphold exceptional customer service standards. * Generate accurate and timely reports to meet business requirements. * Assist in managing agency and contract drivers, including route planning. * Provide administrative support for logistics and warehouse functions. * Maintain up-to-date records for stock management. * Coordinate goods receipt processes. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency. * Support the promotion and maintenance of safe working practices. * Foster positive working relationships with colleagues across departments. Qualifications and Skills: * Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is essential. * Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with CRM systems, preferably ACT. * Strong relationship-building and time-management abilities. * Proactive mindset with a drive for achievement. * Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new skills and processes. Essential Requirements: * Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. * Prior administrative experience. * Familiarity with SAGE software preferred. * Effective communication skills via telephone and email.
