Electrician

Job Opportunity: Electrician Location: London (Primarily North West London) Salary: GBP36,000 to GBP40,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Benefits: 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Company van and fuel card provided Access to perkbox Pension Scheme Responsibilities: Perform remedial works and conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR #39;s) in social housing and council properties. Ensure all tasks are executed in accordance with regulations and industry standards. Maintain meticulous records of work completed.Requirements: Demonstrated experience in social housing/domestic settings. Qualified to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Level 3 or AM2 qualified. Certification in 2391 or 2394/2395 Electrical Testing and Inspection (desirable). A keen eye for detail and a dedication to safety.
