Role and Responsibilities: As an SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialization in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH), you will play a pivotal role in supporting students facing a range of challenges. Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess: * Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs, ideally within a school setting. * A compassionate and patient demeanour, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues alike. * Relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, along with a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey of every child. * The flexibility to work full-time hours on a long-term basis, demonstrating commitment and dedication to the school community.
