Early years support assistant

Full Time 37 hours per week The Early Years and Childcare Service has responsibility for ensuring that high quality early years provision is available, and accessible, to all families with young children. We are looking for an experienced administrator to work within our early years funding team, processing termly data using in house computer systems and providing accurate and up to date information relating to early years funding entitlements or signposting as appropriate. You will also be required to provide administrative support to the wider early years and childcare service team. You must be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally and have good attention to detail. You must also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. The post is based at County Hall in Exeter but will be a combination of home/office working. A knowledge of early years would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided.
