Key Responsibilities of a Home Manager: Overall day to day running of the Residential Home. Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members Maintaining and keeping occupancy high. To ensure the CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to Maintaining a good relationship with the council. Promote a caring environment for residents and staff members.Home Manager Requirements: Level 5 NVQ Hands on with good communication skills Experience as a Home Manager is desirable (would consider a Deputy Manager step up) A clear understanding of CQC audits Good time and Organisation management.Benefits: Salary paying: GBP32K. 40 Hours contract.
