You rsquo;ll work with clients on a Consultative basis, building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. Main Duties Key Tasks: Lead from the front within the Accountancy Finance team Business Development of clients across the United Kingdom Cross selling for other divisions Expanding business relationships with current clients Manage the full lsquo;Recruitment Lifecycle rsquo; Offer guidance and support to junior Consultants Bring new ideas to management team Advertising and marketing of job vacancies Taking candidate references Scheduling interviews Take full control of candidate and client negotiations What can you expect to accomplish with us?
