With a strong focus on Project Management and Quantity Surveying, they need someone who can help to build and manage the team. We are working with an SME Real Estate Consultancy to recruit a Director for their Birmingham office. The Director must have a background in either Project Management or Quantity Surveying and preferably MRICS. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the business, bring on new clients, recruit your staff and be apart of a bigger group. This consultancy provides added value to their clients by fully understanding key objectives and as far as possible reducing potential project risks to facilitate successful project delivery. They offer both Project Management and Quantity Surveying and will deliver this from their Birmingham office too. Their Project and Cost Management consultancy draws on many years of multi-sector experience, so they can add value for clients. By fully understanding key objectives, their team works to reduce project risks and facilitate successful project delivery. They have undertaken projects across Residential, Office, Hotel, Leisure, Health, Student, Large Scale Infrastructure and MOD projects, ranging from GBP100k to GBP100M. And whether acting as project and cost management, employer rsquo;s agent, quantity surveying or monitoring surveying, we stay focussed on adding value for every client. They are now looking for an experienced Director from an established consultancy to come and lead their Birmingham office. The candidate will be supported by the Managing Director and the Chairman to help them build the team and will have the services of the other offices, while it is growing. Director ndash; requirements. * Experienced Director ndash; ideally MRICS * Must be comfortable with leading both PM and QS teams * Must have a demonstrable track record at developing teams and client fee income * Must be able to win work from the get go * Ideally would have set up an office or division within a business before * Experience is similar sectors, such as Build To Rent, PRS, PBSA, Residential, Commercial and more. Package is between GBP90,000 - GBP130,000 base, plus equity stake in the new Birmingham office, private medical healthcare, pension, death in service cover
