Credit Controller Fulltime Permanent Office based initially until you are settled in the role, then flexibility to work from home in a hybrid set up. Salary up to GBP28k Our client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to support the rapid growth of their business. This is a fluid role that requires someone to be extremely hands on and confident in their approach to work. You will be required to speak to supplies as well as end users. The role: middot; Credit Control, monitoring and collection of all monies owed. middot; Raising all invoices and make sure they are sent out in a timely manner to ensure prompt cash receipt. middot; Post cash and accurately allocate against invoice to ensure debtors ledger is maintained and reduced. middot; Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, with minimal supervision - liaising with colleagues in different departments. middot; Reconciliation of all income and cash at month end, provision of management information, via relevant reports. Liaising with the bank whenever relevant. middot; Communicating with clients to ensure prompt and effective query resolution. middot; Keeping database and internal systems updated. middot; Use of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and internal software, IRIS and Virtual Cabinet. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience: middot; Be competent in using MS office products and computers. middot; The ability to work under pressure and able to manage their time effectively. middot; Mathematical skills. middot; An understanding of confidentiality. middot; Show excellent communication, organisation and presentation skills.
